This is my fiancé' Staff Sergeant Jeffery Carter of Prattville, AL.  

He has been in the Air Force for five years and is currently stationed with the 823rd Security Forces Squadron from Moody AFB Valdosta, GA.  


He left August 31 for Iraq and is serving his 4th tour of duty. 

 
I am so proud of him and what he's doing for our country, he is my personal hero.  I've never met a anyone like him in my life.  He means the world to me and I am anxiously waiting for him to come home. 

 When he returns we are getting married here in Valdosta, where we met.

 
His family and I love him and miss him much.  We are looking forward to having him home again.  

Please keep him and all our soldiers in your thought and prayers.

Michael Hagood, age 19, is currently aboard the USS Gary based at Yokosuka, Japan.

 He is a 2004 graduate of Berrien High School, and is the son of Clay and Barbette Hagood of Nashville, Georgia.

Our prayers go out to our son and all the military men and women serving our
country.

This is PFC Dara Lewis, Jr.
Dara graduated from Early County High School in 2004. He joined the Marines in Feb. of 2005. 

He is in the 2nd Supply Battalion stationed at Camp Lejeune, N.C., and is currently deployed over in Camp Fallujah, Iraq. He is due back in March.

 

He is the son of Dara Lewis, Sr. of Blakely and Rebecca Lewis of Arlington. 

We are both hoping for his safe return back home and to all of the troops a safe return.

This is my family's hero, Specialist Justin Smith of Dawson. He is with Bravo Company 2/121 48th BCT in Iraq.

Justin is the son of Greg Smith and Wendy Hester, and a graduate of Terrell Academy.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to all the brave men and women who answer the call to defend us.

I would like to submit my husbands picture for America's Bravest.  

His name is Spc. Brandon Pate, originally from Sylvester, Georgia.  

He is currently deployed to Iraq with HHC 2/121 of the 48th Brigade. 

 He has a beautiful two year old daughter named Southern who misses him very much and is looking forward to him coming home this spring.  

As hard as this deployment has been, it has made us all stronger as a family.  We miss he very much and can't wait to have him home with us again.

 

 

This is my husband, Specialist Frederick J. Caldwell. He's 25-years-old, and was deploy in April, 2005 for his 2nd time to Iraq with 608th Ordnance Company at Ft. Benning, Georgia.

We pray every day for his safe return. He is a Father, a Son, a Friend and a Husband, we are proud of him and all the soldiers that are serving in are country.

We have two beautiful kids, Kimberly 9, and Joshua, 5. They miss him so much but they know that Daddy is doing his job.

His been serving in the military since Oct,2001. This time it was a little bit easier, he have axes to the Internet n we talk on the phone at least 2 times a week.

I hope and pray that every one comes home safe to there family's and please don't stop praying for all are soldiers and all their families.

I would like to add the biggest hero in my life along with all the other heroes serving for our country. This is my loving boyfriend, Specialist Nicholas Patrick Hamerla. He is with Alpha Co. 2/121 infantry unit currently serving in Iraq with the rest of the GA Army National Guard.


He is the best thing in my life and the bravest man I've ever met. His family, friends, and I all think of him every single day and couldn't be any prouder. I talk to him often, luckily, and everything seems to be going well. I can't wait until the day he comes home and is out of harms way.

I love you so much Nick, and miss you more than words can describe. You are absolutely AMAZING and the most heroic person I've ever met.

My name is Asaad Morman, and I am a U. S. Marine stationed at Marine Helicopter Squadron One in Quantico Virginia.
I am an Aviation Electrician and a 1st Degree Black Belt Instructor in the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program.

I have two children- Asaad Omari Morman and Amani Nichole Morman. I am the son of Alonzo and Amanda Morman in Baconton Georgia.

I have been in the Marines for five years and have served all around the world on ships and in foreign countries.

 I am a 2001 graduate of Mitchell-Baker High School.

SSG E. Duron Thompson is a 1990 graduate of Dougherty Comprehensive High School .

He is a veteran of Operation Desert Storm with the 82nd Airborne Division. He's currently serving in Iraq as an Infantryman Squad Leader with the Ga. Army National Guard, 48th Brigade Combat Team, A Co. 2-121 Infantry.

 

He is expected to return in April after a year's long tour of duty, and looking forward to resuming working as an patrolman with the Albany Police Department.
